How to book a repair
1. SUBMIT YOUR REPAIR REQUEST
Fill in the form, upload clear photos of your item, and share a few details about the area that needs repairing. The more information you can give, the better.
2. SEND YOUR ITEM
Lived In Repairs will assess your request and provide a quote for repair*. After approved you will have to option to send directly to them or drop off in-store at Covent Garden to be sent in the weekly delivery.
3. RETURNED TO YOU
Once your piece has been professionally repaired it will be posted back to you, ready to be re-used and loved ever more.

If your item is within our 12 month warranty Gandys will cover the repair cost. If your item product is out of warranty, you are required to pay for the repair.

You can can drop items approved for repair in-store as a free option. Alternatively, you are welcome to pay postage and send your item directly to Lived In Repairs yourself. Once repaired your item will be posted directly back to you 48 hours tracked with Royal Mail – this postage cost will be included in the total repair quote. If you require a different service please let Gay form Lived-in know.
Please note, repairs should not be posted or dropped off until they have been assessed and accepted by the Lived In Repairs.
